Our sales office is at P2042 — Al Raha, Abu Dhabi. Houseboats are built at our Shipyard & Production facility in Abu Dhabi Industrial City — ICAD III, where naval architecture, joinery, upholstery, and final fit-out are managed by the 101Marine team.
Standard production models (Elite, Ocean, Hamda, Meera) typically deliver in 6–9 months. Bespoke commissions through the Marjan program take 9–14 months from contract to handover, including sea trials and class certification.
Yes — every boat is fully customizable. We work from your brief, share 3D renders, and present a material library so you can choose finishes, layout, lighting, and onboard tech before construction begins.

It includes a spacious living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, guest bathroom, front deck, rooftop deck, generator, air conditioning, selected furniture and accessories, twin 150 HP Suzuki outboard engines, and two thrusters.
Our fleet is engineered for UAE and wider GCC waters — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, plus marinas in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. Hulls are tuned for Gulf sea state and climate.

Yes. Our commercial platforms (Deep, Barq, Sara) are built and certified to UAE Federal Transport Authority (FTA) standards for paid passenger operation. Certification is included in the build process.
